Hanoi Sofia Hotel, Hanoi

I had a rather mixed experience at Hanoi Sofia Hotel. While the location in the old quarter is fantastic, and the staff were friendly, I faced several issues with the room quality and communication from the reception. Overall, it served my basic needs, but there's definitely room for improvement.

I had a pleasant stay at Hanoi City Hostel, where the staff was incredibly friendly. They really made an effort to ensure my comfort. The location in the heart of the Old Quarter was convenient, but there were a few drawbacks. The room was clean and spacious, although some noise from the street disrupted my sleep.

However, I did notice that the bathrooms needed more attention in terms of cleanliness, and the noise from the street sometimes made it hard to sleep.
